AGGHHHHH Oh,,, my gawd….. I am in awe….. I absolutely love my new ring!!!!!! I am in possession of it now. I had guests earlier and could not e-mail you when you called me and my packaged arrived shortly after you called. I could hardly wait until they left to open my box (that sounds awful I know) but I wanted to savor the moment to myself. You see I was not totally honest with you about how I lost my original ring and the story behind it.

When I got divorced in 1996 I was a single mom with little to no money. . I pawned my Jewelry to make ends meet to support my children and lost it. My children came first, they still do.

Someday I would like to replace the center stone with a nice diamond. Until then this will do very nicely. Thank you for all you did to help me replace a cherished memory. My Son Alex who passed away in 2003 helped me pick that ring out and now I can once again have a reminder of that precious gift.

I had to take this opportunity to commend and thank you for the exceptional work your company provided on my own personal ring. Being a customer of BodyJewels.com for a while, I had no reservations about sending my 18K setting in which I wanted the CZ replaced. As you know, I wear this ring instead of my own diamond, but the CZ was not of the caliber or quality of those I had previously received from you so I asked that you replace it with a Queen’s Brilliant cut in a large carat weight. Additionally, I also requested that you plate the ring with rhodium, as I wear it with my platinum diamond wedding band and wanted it to match.

All I can say is that when I received my ring, I was ecstatic!!!!! You had told me that it was gorgeous but seeing is believing!!! When I spoke to you on the phone, I kept walking back and forth to the patio doors to see the stone in full sunlight – I needed sunglasses!!!! You were curious as to what my husband’s reaction would be, and I told you I would let you know as soon as he returned. Well, he was speechless!!!! I have always wanted an oval 3 stone ring "of a certain size", but I was afraid that it would look cheap and fake. I cannot believe the quality of the ring that you made! Last week I ordered a ring from one of your competitors, what a mistake! The quality was very poor. The prongs did not even touch the stone. I took the ring to my jeweler and he would not even touch the ring saying the stone could fall out at any time. I then asked him to look at the ring I purchased from BodyJewels.com and he said “There’s a quality ring”. They give a 10 day warranty vs your 30 day and there Customer Service Rep is not as helpful or knowledgeable as BodyJewels. I have learned my lesson. I have sent their ring back and am ordering another Body Jewels ring. I promise never to stray again. Please don’t print my last name because all my friends think my BodyJewels Jewelry is real.

Let me tell you a little story. When my husband bought my engagement ring, he had a budget and wanted to stick to it. So, he decided to get a smaller stone of greater quality, in the hopes of one day upgrading.
Since then, I have learned a lot about the diamond industry. How they exploit towns where diamonds are mined and how ~a un named company~ owns 3/4 of all the diamonds and only sells so many per year. Diamonds are not the most rare stone. I decided that I didn't want to be apart of the degradation. So, I talked it over with my husband and he agreed to buy a cz.

I received a ring from my husband as a Christmas gift this year, and I absolutely LOVE it. Knowing that it was a CZ though, I decided that I would look around and try to find a "back up" in case I needed one, and I found another web site that had a warranty on their CZs. I found a ring on that web site, and after an excruciating 2 weeks it finally arrived. The minute I opened it, I knew that the ring I received from my husband from BodyJewels was FAR SUPERIOR to the ring from that other web site.There stones were cloudy and hazy looking, and they were not nearly as beautiful and clear as the BodyJewels ring. After going through all of this, I got back on the BodyJewels web site and found that you have the same lifetime warranty on your stones. Having such good luck with ordering from Body Jewels, I thought I might try my luck at the jewel auction. I have bid on two items and noticed after I put my bid in that each item has not yet matched the "reserve" amount. Upon closing, if the bid is still at what I placed, is that the price I would pay? or will I have to meet the reserve price first?
